Principles of Leverage

Let's say you have a great job, & you go & work as hard as you can every day for your employer & give 100% of talents & effort. Here's what that would look like with you on a scale of 1-10. Ten being the highest!

Talents----- Effort -----# of People----- Achievement
--10---- X ---10 ----X -------1------ =------100

Now let's apply "Leverage"! Let's say you create a team of like minded individuals working WITH you not FOR you. For the sake of this example we'll say they're not quite as talented as you nor do they work as hard. Let's take 100 people with HALF the talent & give only HALF the effort you do. It would look something like this:

Talents----- Effort -----# of People----- Achievement
---5---- X ----5 -----X----- 100---- = -----2500
